A space to simply be
Most of us are looking for a space
where we can simply be —
where we’re always welcome,
where we can set down what we’ve been carrying,
where we feel cared for, and know we belong.
That is what I aim to create. A space where you don’t have to hold it all alone — where I sit with you, as you move through it, guiding.
In this space, I gently bring in the support of mantras and chanting — not as something to perform, but as something to return to. There is a quiet strength in these ancient sounds. They don’t ask you to explain yourself or have the right words. They meet you where you are and slowly create space within — where ancient wisdom becomes part of everyday living, not as something distant or ritualistic, but as something you can lean into, in the moments you need it most.
The way I work is simple. There is no pressure to be a certain way, no expectation to understand everything, no rush to reach an outcome. You are always welcome here — to come, see, experience and grow.
Because sometimes, what we need is not more answers — but a place where we can finally hear ourselves again.

Hello, I’m Sangeeta.
My journey has taken me through meditation, mantra chanting, Reiki, and the study of psychology and human behaviour. Together, these experiences have nurtured a simple belief: that ancient wisdom can help us navigate modern life with greater clarity, courage, and peace.
Beyond my spiritual interests, I’m quite an ordinary person. You’ll likely find me tending to my plants, spending time with family, reading, reflecting, or simply enjoying life’s quieter moments.
I don’t believe I have all the answers. What I do believe is that everyone deserves a space where they feel welcome, supported, and understood. My role is not to lead your journey for you, but to walk alongside you — offering a listening ear, a compassionate presence, and the gentle support of practices that have helped people for generations.
I hope to be a warm and supportive companion, offering a space where you can connect with yourself and your questions, and discover what feels right for your own path.
— Sangeeta
Consistency. Depth. Listening.
Consistency over intensity
A practice rooted in steady rhythm, not urgency — small returns that add up to real change.
Depth over performance
Not a performance of spirituality, but a quiet practice of returning to yourself.
Listening over instructing
We guide and walk alongside you — to sound, to breath, and to the quieter intelligence within.
