Refund Policy

1. Payment in Advance

All chanting programs are booked and paid for in advance, in US Dollars (USD). Once a program begins, the days are intended to be completed consecutively, without breaks.

2. General Policy

Refunds will be considered only under extraordinary circumstances, as set out below. Outside of these circumstances, payments are non-refundable.

3. Extraordinary Circumstances

These strictly include:

• Severe medical emergencies accompanied by a certified doctor’s note.
• Natural disasters or government-mandated emergencies that prevent service delivery.
• Death of the immediate contract holder or an immediate family member.

4. What Does Not Qualify

Refunds will not be granted for routine issues, including but not limited to:

• General scheduling conflicts.
• Financial hardship.
• Dissatisfaction with results.
• Failure to read the service descriptions.

5. Request & Review Process

To request an exceptional refund, submit a formal appeal to hello@brahmachakra1111.com within 7 calendar days of the issue, attaching official supporting documents. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Sessions Cancelled by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a rescheduled session or a refund for the affected portion.
